Born an entrepreneur, Adam Blake has successfully identified, developed, and exited businesses across various industries. He has advised seasoned business leaders and mentored young entrepreneurs looking to follow in his footsteps. 

After co-founding ThriveHive and leading its sale to New Media Investment Group, Blake recently founded Telescoped. This visionary resource management company recognizes the dignity of human capital, ownership, and empowerment.

Blake has been an active advisor and educator. He served as Entrepreneur in Residence at the Martin Trust Center of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and for the past several years, he has been a Lecturer at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Blake is a graduate of Tufts University and holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, MIT.
