Andreas Dietl

Andreas Dietl’s multi-national perspectives have been critically important for advising on executive leadership, cross-border regulatory issues, international acquisitions, and external communications.  He started his law career at Haarman, Hemmelrath, in 1990 and served on the Management Board before he and his partners founded ARQIS in 2006.  He also serves on the governing bodies of single-family offices in Switzerland and Germany.

Dietl is an active investor and business angel.  He has provided strategic messaging and operational counsel to start-ups in Europe, Japan, and the United States.  As a principal at Caero, a Swiss solar energy infrastructure firm, Dietl has been instrumental in helping the company position itself in the competitive and evolving energy sector.

Dietl and Matsukata collaborated on several advisory projects before Lime Rock Advisors, including developing an investment fund for the Japanese manufacturing sector.  Dietl is a Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich graduate and received an LL.M. from the Northwestern University School of Law.
